Saturday October 5th was the first hummus competition, with 8 different dishes with unique flavors and 16 attendees, we had a great success.
Flavors ranged from: black bean, avocado, roasted garlic, portobello mushrooms, pumpkin, eggplant, red pepper and more. With raspberries, blueberries and a sip of wine to get rid of the taste from one hummus to the other, overall everyone had a hard time choosing their 3 best favorite dishes.
It was a fun event, we ended up pricing the top 3 hummus after noticing that the competition was pretty competitive.
